| Masters Synchronized Swimming Program! |
If you are a former synchronized swimmer or have always wanted to try the sport, then San Dieguito Synchro's Masters Program is for you!
Our new Masters Program is for strong swimmers who may or may not have synchronized swimming experience. Participants should be 18 and older and proficient in freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. Most importantly, they must have a positive mental attitude and a strong desire to have fun.

Masters swimmers learn synchronized swimming techniques, figures and presentation skills. Conditioning and flexibility training are included as part of our program. Practices are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings at the Cathedral Catholic High School swim complex in Carmel Valley.
Cost for our Masters Program is currently $95 per month and is due upon enrollment. For insurance purposes, all swimmers must also register for annual membership with USA Synchronized Swimming.
